So you've paid the deposit and signed the contract, now what?
Relax and Plan
Once you've secured your date then you can go on with planning the rest of your wedding day. If you need anything or have any questions feel free to reach out to us. Remember, weddings are our job and we know a lot about them and have a lot of connections.
Questionnaire and Timeline
Around 30 days out from your wedding date we will send you our questionnaire. It will help give us an idea of what to except on your big day. Usually, you won't know all the answers to the questions until closer to your wedding so that's why we send it around the 30 day mark. We will also ask you to attach a timeline for the day. If you don't have one or need help making one we are happy to help!
Pre-Wedding Meeting
After you send us the questionnaire and timeline we will schedule a meeting to go through it with you. It is a brief meeting. We know you have a lot to do and we just want to make sure we ask some clarifying questions before the wedding.
Final Payment
Your final payment is due the week of the wedding. You can pay it any time up until then, but we do need it before the wedding. It's so neither of us are worrying about payment the day of.

Lastly, and most importantly your wedding day is here! We want you to relax, smile, and enjoy the day. We will make sure you feel comfortable and hopefully won't even notice we are there.
